BatteryStore Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms apply to any product you have purchased from us.

Interpretation and definitions

Interpretation

Words whose initial letter is capitalised have defined meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:​

  • Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", "We" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to BATSOL 2000 SL, Pol. Ind. La Central s/n | SODECO | Nave 5 | 33940 | El Entrego | Asturias | Spain.
  • Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders means a request from you to purchase products from us.
  • The service​ refers to the website.
  • The web site refers to BatteryStore, accessible from https://baterystore.com/
  • You means the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such person is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Product Warranty

All products offered through the website are original and brand new. All products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the time of delivery, with respect to non-conformity with the product.


However, and based on the provisions of Law 23/2003 of July 10, 2003, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, it shall be presumed that all defects or lack of conformity with the offer that are manifested within the first 6 months, are due to manufacturing errors, being responsible in such case the brand in question of the product. For errors, faults or deficiencies after that date, it shall be the customer's responsibility to prove that they are manufacturing errors and not due to use. For all purposes the delivery of the product shall be deemed to have been made at the time that appears on the delivery note of the product. ​

Your rights to cancel orders

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline to cancel an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party designated by You, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision in a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Products. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the Order and you will not incur any charge for such refund.

Conditions for returns

For Products to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The products are in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods manufactured to Your specifications or clearly customized.
  • The supply of Goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date has passed.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been opened after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only Goods at regular price can be refunded. Regrettably, products on offer cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.

Goods returned

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to us. You must send the Products to the following address:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return received.

Gifts

If the Products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift was ordered for delivery to You at a later date, We will send the refund to the gift.
