Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at BatteryStore.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms and conditions apply to any product you have purchased from us.
Interpretation and definitions
Interpretation
Words beginning with a capital letter have the meanings defined below. The following definitions shall apply equally in both the singular and plural forms.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", "We" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to BATSOL 2000 SL, Pol. Ind. La Central s/n | SODECO | Nave 5 | 33940 | El Entrego | Asturias | Spain.
- Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders means a request from you to purchase products from us.
- The service refers to the website.
- The web site refers to BatteryStore, accessible from https://baterystore.com/
- You means the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such person is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Product Warranty
All products offered through the website are genuine and brand new. All products come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery, covering any defects or non-conformity with the product.
However, pursuant to the provisions of Spanish Law 23/2003 of 10 July 2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, it shall be presumed that any defects or lack of conformity manifesting within the first six months are due to manufacturing faults, for which the brand concerned shall be liable. For defects, faults or deficiencies arising after this period, it shall be the customer’s responsibility to prove that they are due to manufacturing faults and not caused by use. For all purposes, delivery of the product shall be deemed to have occurred at the time indicated on the product’s delivery note.
Cancellation Rights for Purchased Products
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, without needing to provide a reason.
The deadline to cancel an order is seven days from the date you receive the goods, or from the date a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision. You can do so by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned products. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any charges.
Return Conditions
For products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:
- The goods must have been purchased within the last seven days.
- The products must be returned in their original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods manufactured to your specifications or clearly customised.
- The supply of goods which, by their nature, are unsuitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiration date.
- Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been opened after delivery are excluded from returns.
- Goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery are excluded from returns.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
Only goods purchased at the regular price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, products on offer cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by applicable law.
Product returns
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. Please send the products to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. We therefore recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return.
Gifts
If the products were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift voucher will be posted to you.
If the products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift was ordered for delivery to you at a later date, we will send the refund to the gift.
